First Nations engagement specialist with a strong background in BC archaeology and heritage management. Aviva is a recognized archaeological Field Director, Permit Holder, and RISC instructor with experience engaging First Nations on various initiatives.

Morgan Bartlett
Experienced Coastal Field Director with a background in project management and experience in zooarchaeological and osteological analysis. In addition to her archaeological experience, Morgan has worked in the environmental consulting field, managing multi-disciplinary teams to develop cutting-edge research and field-based studies for various stakeholders.

Nick Waber
Specialist in lithic technologies and landscape archaeology, with a regional focus on BC’s Southern Interior. His interests lie in research and developing methodologies around GIS and lithic analysis and he has designed and taught courses and workshops in GIS and lithic technology for various audiences.

Rhy McMillan
Rhy is a multidisciplinary researcher with 14 years of field and laboratory experience who specializes in using Western scientific techniques to investigate the petrological and chemical characteristics of archaeological objects. He adapts and enhances traditional archaeological approaches by integrating modern analytical techniques, producing robust and detailed information that can be used to interpret the source and movement of humans and their belongings through space and time.

Experienced project coordinator, with a background in Northwest Coast archaeology. Liz provides support with scheduling and logistics on large and small-scale projects, and has experience with permitting, reporting, and data management for archaeological studies.

Walter Homewood
Walter is a coastal field director and Registered Professional Archaeologist with extensive fieldwork experience. He is a PhD student in the University of Victoria's School of Environmental Studies. His research in the Sellemah Ethnoecology Lab is on the cumulative effects of residential development and climate change at lək̓ʷəŋən cultural keystone places.
